Terms of Service

The service

Replio is an automation tool that monitors your connected Instagram account for comments matching keywords you define, and sends public replies and direct messages in response. The service depends on the Instagram Graph API.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the right to authorize automated messaging on the Instagram account you connect. The account must be a Business or Creator account in good standing with Meta.

Your account

You're responsible for keeping your login secure and for all activity on your account. You must provide accurate information and update it if it changes.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use Replio to:

• — Send spam, unsolicited DMs, or content unrelated to the comment that triggered the reply
• — Violate Meta's Platform Terms, Community Guidelines, or Developer Policies
• — Send illegal, deceptive, harassing, or harmful content
• — Send messages on behalf of accounts you don't own or aren't authorized to manage
• — Reverse engineer, scrape, or overload the service

We may suspend or terminate your account if we detect abuse, receive a takedown request, or Meta requires us to. Where possible we'll notify you and give you a chance to fix the issue first.

Billing & subscriptions

All paid plans are sold through Lemon Squeezy, our Merchant of Record. Lemon Squeezy handles invoicing, tax, and refunds. Their terms apply to the payment transaction.

Subscriptions

Paid plans are billed monthly in advance. Your subscription auto-renews until you cancel. Prices are in US dollars; applicable taxes are added at checkout.

Free trial

If we offer a free trial, you'll be charged automatically at the end of the trial unless you cancel before it ends.

Cancellation

You can cancel anytime from Settings. Access continues until the end of the current billing period. After that, your account downgrades to the Free plan (your data is preserved).

Refunds

We generally do not refund partial periods. If something is broken on our end, contact support and we'll make it right.

Price & plan changes

We may change prices or plan limits with at least 30 days' notice by email. Changes take effect at your next renewal. If you don't agree, cancel before the renewal.

Instagram & Meta

Replio uses the Instagram Graph API and depends on Meta's infrastructure. Outages, API changes, or actions taken by Meta against your account can affect the service. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Meta.

AI-assisted features

Some features (like "Generate with AI") send the text you explicitly submit to a third-party AI provider (OpenAI) and return suggested variants. AI output is generated, not curated by us, and may be inaccurate, off-tone, or identical to suggestions given to others. You are responsible for reviewing and editing AI-generated text before sending any DM to your audience. AI features are optional, have daily usage limits per plan, and may be disabled or changed at any time.

Availability

We aim for high availability but don't guarantee uptime. Scheduled maintenance will be announced when possible.

Intellectual property

Replio, our logo, and the service are our property. You keep ownership of the content you create (rules, reply text, media). You grant us a limited license to process and transmit that content as needed to deliver the service.

Disclaimer

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". We don't warrant that every comment will be matched, that every DM will deliver, or that the service will be error-free. Results depend on Meta's APIs and your rule configuration.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Replio is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid to Lemon Squeezy for Replio in the 12 months before the claim.

Termination

You can delete your account at any time via Delete account. We may terminate or suspend accounts that violate these Terms, pose a security risk, or are required to be terminated by law or by Meta.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Replio is operated, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes will be resolved in that jurisdiction's courts, except where mandatory consumer-protection laws provide otherwise.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the service evolves. Material changes will be announced by email or in-app at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.
