- Will my Instagram get banned?
- Replio uses the official Instagram Graph API and OAuth. Sending limits and account controls still apply; no automation tool can guarantee that an account will never be restricted.
- How fast are the replies?
- Replies enter a delivery queue. Quiet hours, platform limits, connection issues and retries can increase the wait. Check activity to see whether a reply was sent, is waiting or needs attention.
- Do I need to build flows or diagrams?
- No diagrams are required. Choose posts, set a trigger and write a reply, then review the rule before saving or enabling it.
- Can I run more than one Instagram account?
- Yes. Creator supports 2 Instagram accounts, Studio supports 5 and Free supports 1. Each Instagram account has its own rules; the monthly DM allowance is shared under your Replio login.
- What happens to my data if I leave?
- You can request account deletion in Settings. We also support Meta’s data deletion callback. The privacy policy explains retention and any records that must be kept.
- Is there a free tier forever?
- Yes — 500 DMs / month, forever. No card, no timer. You upgrade only when your volume outgrows it, not because we locked you out.
